These combs can be used for beauty or animal clippers. The set contains clipper guide comb sizes #1/2 (1/16"), #1 (1/8"), #2 (1/4"), #4 (1/2"), #6 (3/4"), #8 (1"), and #10 (1-1/4"). These sizes are also known as 1/2, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10. Additionally, the combs are 1.875" wide and fit full size clippers, although they do not fit small trimmers.

The universal set fits models such as Oster A5, Classic 76, Andis AGC, AGR, BGC, and BGRC Clippers, as well as Wahl Senior and Designer clippers. The spring-loaded metal clip attaches to the back of the clipper blade, while the plastic comb snaps over the front of the blade for a secure fit.
